Your Experience
The art of discovery
Somni opens a different way to enjoy a red wine. It retains the depth and texture you expect, but expresses them with a freshness that lightens the journey and keeps the wine alive in every sip.
In the glass you will discover how fruit, spice and structure can coexist without weight or excess. An experience that invites you to pause, recognise new nuances and question the idea that a great red needs to impose itself.
An enveloping and precise wine, capable of leaving a deep impression through balance.
The Wine
Its origin provides a gradual ripening, natural freshness and a defined expression of the fruit. The winemaking seeks to preserve that energy and transform it into a deep, tactile and balanced wine.
A measured extraction maintains the finesse of the tannin, while 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels provide structure, cohesion and ageing potential without masking its identity.
The result is a red of black fruit, spices and enveloping texture, where intensity coexists with a freshness that extends the entire journey.
Deep without being heavy. Firm without losing movement.
TASTING NOTE
Appearance
Deep red with violet reflections, clean and bright.
Its intensity anticipates depth, while its chromatic vibrancy preserves the fresh character of the vintage.
Nose
Fresh black fruit, blackberry and plum, accompanied by floral notes, fine spices and mountain herbs.
With aeration, hints of pepper, cocoa, cedar and a balsamic background that provides freshness appear.
The French oak is well integrated, expanding complexity without concealing the fruit.
Palate
Firm and fresh entry, with an enveloping texture and a fine tannin that advances progressively.
Black fruit and spice occupy the centre, supported by an acidity that provides movement and avoids any sensation of heaviness.
The ageing adds depth and cohesion, keeping the wine's energy intact.
Long, clean and spicy finish, with an elegant balsamic and slightly bitter sensation that invites you to return to the glass.

VISION
Person
A perspective that seeks depth without turning it into weight.
Somni is born from the desire to interpret our most vertical plot with restraint, preserving its freshness and channelling its energy without erasing the character of the fruit.
An exuberant expression or dominant extraction is not pursued. The work is oriented towards precision, texture and a serene evolution.
A wine with inner strength, capable of enduring without needing to raise its voice.
TERROIR
Place
Our most vertical plot, where it finds its own reading within our project.
Its origin favours slow ripening and preserves freshness, aromatic definition and natural tension.
Climate
Its origin provides a slower ripening cycle, marked by moderate temperatures and a thermal contrast that helps preserve the freshness of the fruit.
These conditions allow ripeness to be achieved without losing acidity, definition or vibrancy.
In the wine they are expressed as tension, clear fruit and a depth far from overripeness.
Soil
The vineyard emerges in an inland environment of restrained fertility and good drainage, where the plant naturally regulates its growth.
This relationship with the terroir favours a defined fruit, a firm structure and a balanced ripening.
Its influence appears in the sobriety of the wine and in a sensation of depth without heaviness.
Topography
A steep hillside plot that supports gradual ripening and helps preserve the grape’s natural pulse.
The exposure and ventilation allow the fruit to evolve steadily and maintain its definition until harvest.
An origin that provides freshness, balance and a contained energy.
Variety
Sérine interpreted from a fresh, precise and structured register.
The variety shows black fruit, spices and depth, but moves away from warm, dense or overly ripe expressions.
An interpretation in which tension and texture have as much prominence as intensity.
Natural environment
Fresh air, inland vegetation, and a landscape shaped by the unhurried rhythm of silence.
The environment favours a clear expression of the fruit and a ripening that preserves energy and definition.
Its character reaches the wine as freshness, sobriety and a serene sensation of depth.
CRAFT
Method
The winemaking starts with restrained extraction, aimed at preserving freshness and achieving texture without hardening the wine.
The work seeks to organise the fruit, integrate the structure and allow the spice to appear naturally.
Ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels refines the tannin, provides cohesion and accompanies the wine's evolution without dominating its expression.
The result is a deep and enveloping red, sustained by freshness and defined more by precision than by power.
