The Wine<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Pach 2024 represents our reinterpretation of Syrah.<\/span><\/p>\n

An especially singular vintage allowed us to work the variety from a register where black fruit, pepper, flowers and balsamic notes appear accompanied by an unusual freshness.<\/span><\/p>\n

The winemaking preserves that energy. A restrained extraction maintains the finesse of the tannin, while aging adds depth and cohesion without covering the character of the fruit. <\/span><\/p>\n

The result is an intense and elegant red, with silky texture and a long journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deep red with violet reflections, clean and bright.<\/span><\/p>\n

Intense in appearance, but with a chromatic liveliness that anticipates freshness and energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Nose<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Deep, perfumed and especially spicy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Blackberry, fresh plum and black fruit combine with violet, freshly ground black pepper and delicate hints of herbs and scrubland.<\/span><\/p>\n

With aeration, notes of black olive, graphite, cocoa and a balsamic backdrop appear, adding complexity and freshness.<\/span><\/p>\n

We don't seek to amplify the natural power of the variety. We prefer to channel its energy, preserve the perfume and work the texture until we find balance between fruit, spice and tension. <\/span><\/p>\n

The work starts from raw material capable of providing concentration and structure without losing definition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Topography<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Rather than making the landscape the protagonist, Pach focuses on the balance achieved by the 2024 vintage.<\/span><\/p>\n

The regular evolution of the fruit allowed us to preserve freshness, phenolic ripeness and an especially precise aromatic expression.<\/span><\/p>\n

The result is a Syrah with depth, but also with movement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Tasting Note<\/h2>\n

Clean, restrained nose with fresh citrus, white flower, and freshly cut grass. A saline nuance appears that doesn’t shout, it sustains. <\/p>\n

On the palate it enters straight, with nerve, fine texture, and a dry, defined passage. The aging accompanies without marking, bringing calm and length.
