Your Experience
The elegance you were looking for
Venus is designed for those who seek something more than lightness in a rosé. For those who value finesse, complexity and that subtle way of moving without needing to impose.
Pinot Noir leads the experience with precision and elegance. Garnacha Negra provides breadth and fruit, while Trepat introduces freshness, vibrancy and a delicate Mediterranean pulse.
A wine for those who enjoy discovering depth behind delicacy and understand that elegance can also have character.
The Wine
Venus is born from an elegant interpretation of rosé wine, built around Pinot Noir and completed by Garnacha Negra and Trepat.
Pinot Noir provides finesse, tension and depth. Garnacha Negra broadens the fruit expression, while Trepat introduces freshness, lightness and a delicate floral character.
Production using the traditional method and bottle ageing refine the bubble, provide texture and allow the whole to gain complexity without losing precision.
The result is a luminous, fresh and enveloping rosé. A wine where delicacy does not mean fragility, but balance, depth and a serene way of lingering.
TASTING NOTE
Appearance
Pale and luminous pink, with delicate coppery reflections and a fine, continuous and well-integrated bubble.
Clean and bright, it conveys elegance and precision from the glass.
Nose
Fresh and delicate, with hints of wild strawberry, raspberry, red cherry and citrus peel.
As it opens, floral notes appear, Mediterranean herbs and gentle bakery hints contributed by bottle ageing.
The whole maintains a precise, complex and restrained expression.
Palate
Fresh and elegant entry, marked by a fine bubble that accompanies the wine without dominating it.
Pinot Noir provides precision and depth; Garnacha Negra, breadth and fruit; and Trepat, vibrancy and tension.
The texture is creamy, but maintains lightness and movement. The finish is long, clean and delicately saline, with hints of red fruits and citrus peel.
A deep rosé without being heavy, delicate without being fragile and elegant without losing emotion.

VISION
Person
A vision that understands sparkling rosé as a complete expression, not as a lesser style.
Venus is born from precision, seeking to preserve the delicacy of Pinot Noir and build around it a broader, fresher and deeper texture.
Garnacha Negra and Trepat do not compete for the lead: they accompany, provide nuances and complete a serene, luminous and Mediterranean expression.
A wine that does not seek to dazzle immediately, but to linger through its balance, its texture and its natural way of moving.
TERROIR
Place
Venus is born in Sant Cugat de Sesgarrigues, within a Mediterranean landscape where light, ventilation and calcareous soils favour balanced ripening.
Here Pinot Noir finds a delicate and precise expression, far from exuberance. Garnacha Negra provides breadth, while Trepat preserves the tension and freshness of the whole.
An origin where the three varieties find balance and build an elegant, vibrant and deeply Mediterranean rosé identity.
Climate
Mediterranean, luminous, and airy, with a progressive ripening that allows for the preservation of freshness and definition.
Light favours fruit expression, while air circulation helps maintain natural tension and aromatic cleanliness.
A climate that allows balance to be achieved without losing delicacy.
Soil
Calcareous soils, with good drainage and restrained fertility.
They favour regular ripening and provide precision, tension and a sensation of freshness that sustains the entire journey.
Their influence appears discreetly, accompanying the texture without hardening the wine.
Topography
Vineyards marked by Mediterranean exposure and natural ventilation.
The landscape layout favours balanced ripening of the varieties and allows the freshness necessary for traditional method production to be preserved.
A natural balance that provides definition, harmony and continuity to the wine.
Variety
Pinot Noir occupies the centre of Venus and defines its elegance, its aromatic delicacy and the precision of its texture.
Garnacha Negra provides volume, fruit and a more Mediterranean dimension. Trepat completes the blend with freshness, lightness and a subtle floral expression.
Three varieties interpreted as a single voice: precise, luminous and deeply elegant.
Natural environment
Mediterranean light, open vineyard, dry vegetation and moving air.
The landscape provides clarity to the fruit and a sensation of freshness that accompanies the ripening of the varieties.
A serene environment that is expressed in the wine through delicacy, tension and an elegance without artifice.
CRAFT
Method
Venus is produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation and patient ageing within the bottle itself.
Time allows the bubble to integrate, the texture to be refined and greater complexity to develop without losing the freshness or delicacy of the fruit.
Pinot Noir sustains the wine's identity, while Garnacha Negra provides breadth and Trepat introduces vibrancy and precision.
The result does not seek an immediate expression, but a complete sensation: fruit, texture, freshness and depth united by a fine and well-integrated bubble.
