2. Purpose
These conditions regulate the contracting and purchase process for products offered through the website vesunai.es, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the sales transactions carried out between Vesunai SL and the user/customer.
3. Minimum Age
The purchase of alcoholic products is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. By placing an order, the customer declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
4. Products and Prices
The products offered are wines and other related products. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the current VAT. Shipping is free on all orders within our delivery zone, with no minimum purchase amount.
Vesunai SL reserves the right to modify prices, products, and promotions without prior notice, always respecting the conditions in force at the time of purchase.
5. Purchase Process
The user can select products, add them to the cart, and finalize the purchase by following the steps indicated on the website. Before final order confirmation, the customer can review and correct any errors. The purchase will not be considered complete until Vesunai SL receives payment and confirms the order via email.

All payments are made through secure gateways, and data is transmitted encrypted.
7. Shipping
We ship to peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount.
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from order and payment confirmation. This period includes between 0 and 1 business day for preparation and between 1 and 2 business days for transport.
Orders are processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, except holidays. The cut-off time is 2:00 PM, according to Spanish peninsular time. Orders confirmed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin to be processed on the next business day.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
The customer may withdraw from their purchase, without needing to justify their decision, within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order. If the products from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins from the receipt of the last product.
To exercise this right, you must unequivocally communicate your decision to Vesunai SL, by email to info@vesunai.es or in writing to C/ Ausias March, 40, 08840 Viladecans, Barcelona, Spain. It is recommended to indicate the order number and the products you wish to return. Prior authorization is not necessary to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Once their decision has been communicated, the customer must send the products without undue delay and, at the latest, within the following 14 calendar days, to the indicated address.
Product condition and return costs
Returns due to change of mind are accepted for unopened and unsealed bottles. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for unsealed products will apply when they are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, in accordance with current regulations. This does not limit claims for defective products.
Products must be properly protected to avoid damage during transport, preferably in their original packaging or an equivalent.
The customer will arrange shipping by mail or courier and will bear its direct cost when the return is due to withdrawal. Vesunai will not charge restocking fees or penalties for returning the product.
Refunds
In case of withdrawal from the entire order, the amount of the products and the initial ordinary delivery costs will be refunded. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer will not be refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days following the communication of the withdrawal, using the same payment method as the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise and without cost to the customer.
Vesunai may withhold the refund until the products are received or proof of their return is provided, whichever occurs first.
Exchanges
Exchange requests for unopened and unsealed bottles are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to availability. The customer must contact info@vesunai.es. Transport costs and any price difference will be communicated before agreeing to the exchange. If the exchange is due to a defect or error by Vesunai, the customer will not bear these costs.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If the order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or has a defect, the customer must contact info@vesunai.es, indicating the order number and describing the incident. Whenever possible, photographs may be attached to facilitate management.
Vesunai will bear the necessary costs and offer the appropriate solution in accordance with consumer regulations, including replacement, price reduction, or refund, as applicable.
It is recommended to report transport damage as soon as possible. This recommendation does not limit the deadlines or rights of the legal guarantee, including defects detected when opening a bottle.

9. Invoicing
The customer may request an electronic or paper invoice during the purchase process or by writing to info@vesunai.es indicating their tax details.
10. Legal Guarantee
The products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided for in current regulations. In case of any issue, the customer may contact info@vesunai.es.
11. Data Protection
The processing of customer personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website, and is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, both parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile or the place of fulfillment of the obligation.
