Your Experience

For those who still want to discover

Mach is designed for those seeking more than just freshness in a white wine. For those who enjoy exploring new styles, discovering nuances, and finding depth where others only expect lightness.

Its personality is born from the balance between tension and volume, between precise freshness and a creamy texture that expands the palate experience. Complexity is not forced: it emerges gradually, evolves in the glass, and turns every sip into a new reading of the wine.

A Sauvignon Blanc for curious palates, for those who value elegance, texture, and that feeling of discovering a different way of understanding a white wine.

The Wine

A wine born in Sant Cugat de Sesgarrigues, in Alt Penedès, where the Mediterranean landscape, limestone, and the influence of the winds define a slow, precise, and serene ripening. Here, the variety finds a more restrained, more mineral expression, far from obvious gestures and close to texture.

The vintage was crafted seeking balance between freshness, volume, and depth. The winemaking respects the character of the place, refining the wine without masking it: measured aging, lees work, and a patient outlook allow its energy to be organized, providing breadth on the palate and sustaining a long, clean, and vibrant finish.

TASTING NOTE

Appearance

Pale yellow with golden reflections, clean and bright, with slight density in the glass.

Nose

Layers emerge: ripe white fruit, citrus peel, and fine herbal notes. Maceration provides a slightly spicy nuance and a sense of greater depth. The oak influence is subtle, with very integrated hints of toasted bread and dried fruits.

Palate

Precise entry, with an acidity that sustains the entire journey. There is volume, but contained, developed from the lees. The texture envelops without losing tension. Long, clean finish, with a saline and slightly bitter persistence that invites another sip.

VISION

Person

A perspective that understands wine as an exercise in measure.

The goal is not to amplify the variety, but to listen to the place and work from restraint. Here, the wine is born from precision, texture, and Mediterranean calm, far from obvious gestures and closer to the essential.

A wine that doesn't need to impose itself to leave a mark. It lingers through its balance, its discreet depth, and that serene way of speaking.

TERROIR

Place

A Mediterranean plot in Sant Cugat de Sesgarrigues, amidst light, limestone, and calm. A landscape where Sauvignon Blanc finds a more serene, less obvious, and deeper expression.

Natural ventilation, calcareous soil, and slow ripening help preserve freshness without pushing the wine toward exuberance. Here, the variety is refined: it gains precision, texture, and a sense of balance that sustains the entire journey.

A discreet but decisive origin. One of those places that doesn't need to impose itself to impart character.

Climate

Mediterranean, luminous, and airy, with a slow ripening that helps preserve freshness and definition. The climate brings cleanliness to the fruit, avoids excess, and allows for a more serene expression of the Sauvignon Blanc.

Soil

Predominantly calcareous, with good drainage capacity and restrained fertility. A soil that limits vigor, organizes ripening, and favors a sense of tension, texture, and depth.

Topography

A plot of natural balance, marked by exposure, ventilation, and a direct relationship with the landscape. The vineyard layout allows for steady ripening without pushing the variety toward exuberance.

Variety

Sauvignon Blanc interpreted with a less exuberant and more structural register, where freshness is not just aroma, but form.

Natural environment

Mediterranean light, limestone, dry vegetation, and moving air. A sober and precise environment that leaves a feeling of freshness, calm, and elegant austerity in the wine.

CRAFT

Method

The winemaking starts from an idea of blending two interpretations of the variety.
One part involves skin maceration, providing relief, substance, and a slight phenolic dimension. Another part is aged on lees, seeking volume, cohesion, and a more enveloping texture.

The 10 months aging in French oak barrels is not intended to mark the wine, but to organize its energy, support the structure, and accompany the lengthening of the palate.

The result is not the most aromatic Sauvignon Blanc, but a more complete one: fresh, yes, but also tactile, serious, and persistent.
